The market feels like it's starting to return to pre-COVID conditions. With a high increase of active listings and high months of inventory buyer conditions are the best they have been since the start of the pandemic.
While months of inventory was 1.2 in May 2022, June 2022 shows 2.1 which is a 1.5 months increase compared to June 2021. Active listings are over 200% up compared to last year while closed sales have gone down by 20%.
